How They Are Made
I carefully make each pair of earrings with this step by step plan to ensure you receive beautiful handcrafted earrings.

I begin with a slab of clay about 4"x6" that is run through my pasta machine until it is well conditioned and smooth.

For this design I used green, yellow, turquoise and black to make an abstract pattern.

Clay cutters are used to cut out the shapes.

The pieces are then baked in my toaster oven on a low heat for I hour to ensure the clay is well cured.

When completely cooled, I go through 6 grits of sandpaper to ensure a silky smooth finish.

The next step is to give each piece a nice buffing to bring out a satin shine.

The final step is to assemble the pieces and place them on an earring tag.
